    If a return is necessary, your sales associate can help facilitate the return. To start the return process, give us a call at (931) 823-1454. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. See below for more information.

    Defective Products:Most appliance manufacturers offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (or installation date as the case may be). Proof of Purchase, Delivery Date, or other information may be required at the time of service to validate your appliance’s warranty period. Should an issue arise, during the manufacturer’s warranty period, visiting the manufacturers website to speak with a service advisor or schedule a service appointment will provide the quickest resolution. Typically, the manufacturer will request you to be near the appliance to troubleshoot and possibly diagnose your issue over the phone. Should a technician make the trip to your home and the issue not be caused by mechanical breakdown or manufacturer defect, you will be responsible for the service call payment. Please be aware that home plumbing, electrical/breaker issues, excessive wear and tear and user instruction are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

    Damaged Products: Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to you. Puckett’s delivery team will install and test the appliance for normal operation during delivery. Please inspect your appliance and note any damage on the delivery form with our team members upon delivery.

    The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Puckett’s has a 25% re-stocking fee. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed may not be returned. Shipping and delivery charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product.

    The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

    Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
